At Après Studio, we want you to love your pieces as much as we do, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all full-priced items. Please ensure garments are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our studio team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
